Gwen Jewett Coaching is for professionals who have enjoyed success, yet find themselves at a crossroad. You want change, but you aren’t sure what that looks like or how to pursue it in a strategic way.
Gwen specializes in helping you look objectively at what is and isn’t working in your life and career right now. From there we work together to find the must-haves for your personal fulfillment and whether you can fit those in where you are now, or how and where to create new opportunities to pursue them. On a deeper level, we help you not only get crystal clear about your core values, but also teach you how to work and live in integrity with them. We will define the challenges you face and strategize how to overcome them. As a result you will be able to devote your highest level of energy to what is most meaningful to you.
There are a few different options for you to proceed in the manner in which you are most comfortable. I welcome and encourage you to contact me today for a complimentary consultation to get acquainted and give you a brief sample of what it is like to be coached.

About Gwen Jewett
Gwen is the principal coach and owner of Gwen Jewett Coaching. She has been coaching since 2000, is committed to helping professionals who have enjoyed success but are looking for something more to live and work in integrity with their personal core values. As the Executive Director of a 12,000-member national healthcare association for 14 years, Gwen developed strong skills in management, marketing, communications, operations, human resources, event management and all of the challenges that come with working with paid employees and hundreds of volunteers. She found great fulfillment in that leadership role. However, she made the choice to leave that position when personal life values were competing with job demands. While that was not an easy decision to make, Gwen turned her focus to helping others through similar transitions.
Helping professionals strike that balance between financial needs and personal fulfillment is her passion. She will help you sort through the myriad of ideas you probably already have to find the one(s) that provide both personal and financial satisfaction for you. Gwen teaches you to create and implement your own strategies to carry forward with you, so that you will know exactly what skills, talents and gifts you need to express through your work and how to find and ask for opportunities to do just that. And while evaluating what gives you the most personal fulfillment in your career, she will also keep you grounded and focused on what will also be profitable for you.
Gwen is a Christian and lives with her husband, daughter and three cats. She is a self-proclaimed lifelong learner and her hobbies are spending time with family, going to the gym, lunch or coffee with friends as often as possible, interior design (as an amateur in her own home only!), gardening, reading, and travel, as well as volunteering through church and civic organizations.
